For two years, beginning summer 2015, CKF led a learning collaborative of 10 community-based organizations. The organizations were supported by the Colorado Health Foundation’s Community Approach to Outreach and Enrollment funding opportunity and Harder+ Company Community Research conducted the evaluation.
Promising Practices in Outreach and Enrollment is the culmination of the shared learnings developed through the learning collaborative and showcases the most promising outreach and enrollment practices in Colorado.
